JSP Nepal Finalizes Party Representatives for Federal Democratic Alliance Programs

The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal has finalized the names of party leaders who will participate in various programs organized by the Federal Democratic Alliance across the country. The decision was made during a meeting of the party's Central Secretariat chaired by party president Upendra Yadav.

According to Purna Basnet, head of the party's publicity and publication department, JSP leaders will attend eight events aimed at spreading awareness about the objectives, relevance, and necessity of the Alliance.

List of programs and participating leaders:

August 3 (Sawan 18), Kathmandu – President Upendra Yadav

August 6 (Sawan 21), Bhairahawa – General Secretary Ram Kumar Sharma

August 8 (Sawan 23), Nepalgunj – General Secretary Lalbabu Raut

August 10 (Sawan 25), Kailali – Vice President Bidyut Bajracharya

September 1 (Bhadra 16), Biratnagar – Co-chair Rakam Chemjong

September 3 (Bhadra 18), Rajbiraj – Vice President Mrigendrakumar Singh

September 5 (Bhadra 20), Janakpur – Vice President Rajkishor Yadav

September 7 (Bhadra 22), Birgunj – President Upendra Yadav

In addition to finalizing participation in the Alliance programs, the meeting also decided to take necessary steps toward forming a ‘Minority Rights Organization’ to advocate for the rights of ethnic, national linguistic, religious, and gender minority communities within the country, Basnet added.

JSP Nepal’s move is seen as an effort to strengthen its engagement in inclusive politics and to push forward the agenda of federalism and minority rights through the Federal Democratic Alliance.
