Ishwar Pokharel Shares National and Local Development Vision with Voters
Kathmandu: CPN-UML leader and candidate for Kathmandu Constituency No. 5, Ishwar Pokharel, has intensified his door-to-door campaign. During these visits, he has been sharing his plans with voters.
Met on Tuesday in Baluwatar within his constituency, he shared his upcoming political plans and priorities with Nepal News Bank. He stated that after being elected, he would move forward with national-level agendas while simultaneously advancing development projects within his constituency.
"After being elected, I will play a role in advancing national-level agendas. I will continue the development and construction work within the constituency. I will stand in favor of the country's sovereignty, integrity, independence, freedom, and pride. We will move forward focusing on the agenda of maintaining ethnic harmony and providing service delivery to the people," he said.
He also presented development plans related to his constituency. Emphasizing the importance of public contact, Pokharel expressed his gladness at being able to engage in direct dialogue with common citizens through the door-to-door program.
According to him, he will always play an active role in decisions ensuring the country's benefit and sovereignty regarding national agendas, while also reiterating that he will maintain continuous monitoring and initiative in local development works.
