Meeting Between Home Minister Aryal and UNODC Regional Representative
Kathmandu. A courtesy meeting has been held between Home Minister Omprakash Aryal and Christian Holge, the Regional Representative for South Asia of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
During the meeting, Minister Aryal expressed his gratitude to the UNODC for the support it has been providing to Nepal in various fields, including drug control. He also mentioned that the collaboration with UNODC could be further expanded in the future.
UNODC Regional Representative Holge stated that the cooperation with the Nepal government would be continued and praised the support and promptness provided by the government in operating UNODC programs.
The courtesy meeting held at the Ministry of Home Affairs was attended by the Chief of the Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Division of the Ministry, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and representatives of UNODC Nepal.
