Government Launches ‘Shram Sansar’ App to Connect Job Seekers and Employers

Kathmandu — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli announced through a Facebook post that the government has introduced the Shram Sansar app to directly connect job seekers with employers. The app aims to address the problem where job seekers often do not know where opportunities exist, and employers struggle to find suitable candidates.

The service, operated by the Ministry of Labour, allows users to access job-related information by downloading the Nagarik mobile app. Oli said the initiative has been in operation for a few months to ensure that job seekers no longer have to wander in search of employment.
