Speaker Directs Removal of MP Ganesh Parajuli's Remarks from Parliamentary Record
Kathmandu — Speaker Dol Prasad (DP) Aryal has directed that the remarks made by Ganesh Parajuli, the parliamentary party leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), be removed from the parliamentary record.
During a meeting held on May 12, MP Parajuli used phrases such as "henchmen" and "walking around naked even while wearing clothes," which the Speaker has now ordered to be expunged from the assembly's archives.
He stated, "I direct that the words 'henchmen' and 'walking around naked even while wearing clothes' used by MP Ganesh Parajuli during his address in the meeting held on May 12 be removed from the records of the assembly."
