Gagan Thapa Stresses Dialogue and Cooperation for Convention Success

Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa has stated that he is in continuous dialogue with leaders at all levels to make the party's upcoming 15th General Convention a grand success. Speaking with media persons at Biratnagar Airport, Thapa expressed his commitment to move forward by including all colleagues to ensure the convention concludes with a message of unity.

He remarked that although the Congress holds an opposition role in the Federal Parliament, the party maintains a strong presence across all seven provinces and local levels, placing a significant responsibility on his shoulders to meet public expectations. President Thapa clarified that, in accordance with the Central Committee's decision, there will be constructive support for the current government in maintaining good governance and effectively implementing the constitution.

Thapa mentioned that the party remains ever-ready to address issues directly concerning the public. Emphasizing the need to simultaneously advance organizational strengthening and public service, he expressed confidence that despite the challenging journey ahead, the Congress will provide the country with the right direction through everyone's support and cooperation.
