Minister Sobita Gautam Establishes Fast Track Desk for Enhanced Ministerial Efficiency
Kathmandu. Minister for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam has decided to establish a Fast Track Desk to perform specific ministerial tasks. Minister Gautam made the decision to set up the desk to make the ministry's operations faster, more effective, and transparent.
She stated that the status of work being carried out within the ministry will be regularly monitored through this desk. Clear information will be maintained regarding which tasks are at what stage within which division, and she noted that it will also ensure whether the settlement process for letters received from other ministries has begun immediately.
Similarly, Minister Gautam mentioned that the process of returning incomplete documents or matters outside the ministry's jurisdiction to the relevant agencies on a priority basis, or requesting necessary documents, will also be expedited.
She further stated that if work from various branches and divisions of the ministry is not completed within the designated timeframe, information regarding the reasons will be regularly collected and reviewed.
