Energy Minister Ghising Briefed by NEA Executive Director Shakya

Kathmandu – Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Kulman Ghising, received a briefing today from Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Executive Director Hitendra Dev Shakya.

According to Shakya, he presented the briefing this morning at the ministry in the presence of the minister, secretary, and joint secretary.

“I went to the ministry today and briefed the Energy Minister, Secretary, and Joint Secretary about the matters of the Authority. No one has asked me to resign so far,” Shakya said. “Why should I resign? No one has told me to do so. I will wait for the government’s decision.”
