Education Minister and Swiss Ambassador Meet: Technical Education Cooperation

Education and Sports Minister Sasmit Pokharel and the Ambassador of Switzerland to Nepal, Danielle Meuli, held a meeting at Singha Durbar. 

During the meeting, discussions were held on bilateral relations, development assistance, and particularly the partnership in technical education.

Minister Pokharel informed that preparations are underway to table a new CTEVT-related bill in the parliament. 

He expressed expectations for the continuation of Swiss support in digitization, inclusive education, and employment-oriented curriculum. Ambassador Meuli committed that the Swiss government's support to Nepal's education sector will continue.
