PM Karki and Medical Entrepreneur Parsai to Meet Today

Kathmandu. A meeting is scheduled to take place today (Monday) between Prime Minister Sushila Karki and medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai. 

This marks the first time talks will be held between the two parties, following PM Karki's formal invitation letter for dialogue. The meeting is expected to take place at 3 PM this afternoon.

Prasai has been pressuring the government to fulfill demands such as the re-establishment of the monarchy and the reorganization of Nepal as a Hindu Kingdom. 

He has warned of nationwide protests if his demands are not accepted. The government considers today's talks to be politically highly sensitive.
