DSP Eliza Giri, Commander of the GenZ Movement, and DSP Thapa Give Statements at Singhadurbar

Kathmandu: DSP Eliza Giri, who served as the security commander for the Parliament building in Naya Baneshwar on the first day of the 'GenZ Movement', arrived at the Inquiry Commission Secretariat in Singhadurbar today to give her statement.

DSP Giri, currently working at the Thankot Police Circle, was accompanied by DSP Madhukumar Thapa of the Kalimati Circle.

DSP Thapa was awarded on Police Day for his service during the GenZ Movement, where he was deployed for district police perimeter security and sustained injuries. 

The commission, formed to investigate the suppression of the GenZ Movement, summoned the officers deployed during the incident to take their statements.
