Sankhuwasabha: As local election fever rises, the CPN (UML) has demonstrated a strong presence in Madi Municipality Ward No. 4, Okharbote. During an election campaign organized on Friday, a massive rally of UML supporters paraded through various areas of the town, signaling their strength through a display of force.

The sea of people gathered in support of candidate Dr. Arjun Karki appealed to voters to cast their ballots for the 'Sun' symbol and ensure his victory with an overwhelming majority. The enthusiastic participation in the rally indicated a rising wave of public support in favor of the UML.

Victory Assured, Focus Now on Prosperity

Addressing the assembly following the rally, candidate Dr. Arjun Karki stated that today’s public participation has further ensured his victory. He said, "My heart is deeply encouraged by this unprecedented rally and public support seen in Okharbote today. 

This presence itself is the foundation of my victory. Now, my entire focus will be centered on winning the election and moving the journey of development and prosperity in Madi forward."

Local leaders and activists participating in the rally called on everyone to vote for the 'Sun' symbol, stating that having an intellectual and development-oriented personality like Dr. Karki as a representative is an opportunity for the people of Madi.
