Madhav Dhungel Intensifies Election Campaign in Ramechhap
Ramechhap — CPN-UML candidate for the House of Representatives from Ramechhap, Madhav Dhungel, has been actively engaged in election-focused discussions and voter interaction campaigns. In Ramechhap, which has only one parliamentary constituency, the CPN-UML has been moving forward simultaneously with internal organizational discussions and direct meetings with voters.
In this process, meetings of the UML Gokulganga Rural Municipality Committee, Manthali Municipality Committee, Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality Committee, Umakunda Rural Municipality Committee, and Khandadevi Rural Municipality Committee have been completed, and necessary election-centered plans have been formulated, said CPN-UML Ramechhap District Chairperson Purushottam Kadariya.
The party has been conducting meetings and voter outreach programs in parallel. A team led by Dhungel participated in a meeting of the Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality Committee and, after interacting with local voters, proceeded toward Umakunda Rural Municipality.
According to Rakesh Shrestha, Chief of the Party’s Publicity and Publication Department, voter interaction and door-to-door campaigns are ongoing. He stated that the team reached the Himalayan village of Gumdel to meet voters and then returned toward the lower regions.
Candidate Dhungel has assured voters that he will not make false promises but will continue to do whatever work is possible. He also expressed his commitment to always stand with the voters.
According to Chairperson Kadariya, the party has planned to run its election campaign by prioritizing door-to-door outreach, discussions, and dialogue while covering all geographical areas of the district.
The UML claims that voters have shown strong support for Dhungel, as he is a young candidate with a good grasp of politics and clear development plans.
