PM Balen Shah Convenes Constitutional Council Meeting at Singha Durbar

Kathmandu. A meeting of the Constitutional Council is scheduled to take place today (Thursday). Prime Minister Balen Shah has called the meeting for 5:00 PM at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar.

The meeting will discuss finalizing the recommendation for the Chief Justice. The meeting will be attended by Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal, National Assembly Chairman Narayan Prasad Dahal, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam, Leader of the Opposition in the House of Representatives Bhishmaraj Angdembe, and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Rubi Kumari Thakur.
