Promotion Recommendation for Two Civil Servants to Undersecretary

Kathmandu: The Secretariat of the Promotion Committee has recommended two civil servants for promotion to the position of Undersecretary. 

The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration issued a notice on Friday, announcing the names of the employees deemed eligible for promotion to the vacant Undersecretary positions. According to the ministry, they were recommended based on seniority and performance evaluation.

According to the decision of the Promotion Committee meeting held on Thursday, one gazetted first-class employee from the Crop Protection Group under the Nepal Agricultural Service and one gazetted first-class employee from the Veterinary Group have been included in the recommendation list for promotion to Undersecretary. 

The ministry stated that the promotion process for the recommended employees will proceed in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
