Bidari Alleges: “Rabi Lamichhane Could Cheat 20 Cooperatives if Reappointed Home Minister”

Kathmandu — Maoist Centre leader and lawyer Ramnarayan Bidari has leveled serious allegations against Rastriya Swatantra Party chairman Rabi Lamichhane. Bidari claims that Rabi has already embezzled NPR 154 crore from cooperatives. The money belonged to ordinary families who saved small amounts, like NPR 20 a day.

Bidari also questioned those who continue to support such individuals. He warned that allowing such people to hold office without punishment could lead to further financial chaos.

According to Bidari, Rabi has already defrauded five cooperatives and could potentially cheat 20 more if reappointed as Home Minister. He also cautioned that even if protests are staged, legal action could be taken against participants.
