Bhandari Appeals for Clean and Disciplined Electoral Participation
Kathmandu – Acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari has urged all political parties to participate in the election within a unified framework of discipline.
Speaking at an election news orientation program, Acting Commissioner Bhandari called on all parties to sit together as one group and take part in the election process while remaining within the boundaries of discipline and engaging in fair competition.
He said, “I request all parties to stay within the same framework, the same line, and within the limits of discipline while participating in the election. Please engage in fair competition.”
He also stated that an additional 900,000 to 1 million young voters have been added ahead of the upcoming election. “This time, around 900,000 to 1 million young voters have been added. These young people bring new energy, awareness, and enthusiasm,” he said.
He emphasized that the election environment must not be disrupted.
