Baskota Challenges Balen to Stop Direct Grants from Embassies and INGOs

CPN-UML leader Gokul Baskota has made a sharp comment regarding Prime Minister Balen.
He wrote through social media: I will give thanks if he brings it into the budgetary system by stopping the provision of direct grants to local levels, provinces, and NGOs through various embassies and INGOs without government approval.
Does PM Balen have the strength to run that bulldozer? It is not as easy as dissolving community organizations in schools and colleges or threatening a headmaster for not welcoming him.
