Potential Political Equation and Electoral Strategy Between Balen and Rabi

RSP Chairman Rabi Lamichhane appears ready to head into the election by projecting Balen Shah as the future Prime Minister.

Due to the ongoing money laundering case in the Kaski District Court, there are legal complexities regarding Lamichhane's eligibility to become a Member of Parliament, Minister, or Prime Minister, even if he is allowed to contest the election.

On the other hand, members of Balen’s inner circle state that he is ready to accept Rabi’s leadership if Rabi wins his legal cases.

However, a leader close to Balen mentioned that Balen himself seems interested in going to Jhapa to compete against KP Sharma Oli. Balen reportedly tells his confidants, "Winning the election doesn't hold much meaning unless KP Oli is defeated in his own constituency."
