UML Candidate Asmita Thapa from Okhaldhunga Seeking Suggestions from Voters

CPN-UML House of Representatives candidate Asmita Thapa has started collecting direct suggestions from voters with the aim of bringing the overall development of Okhaldhunga and the voice of the people to the parliament.

Stating that politics is not for position or personal ambition but is a responsibility toward the people, Thapa said that she does not want to speak alone in parliament but wants to speak while carrying the problems, needs, and expectations of the people of Okhaldhunga.

She mentioned that her goal is to play a role in policy-making based on suggestions from the people regarding issues related to roads, education, health, employment, youth, and farmers. "The decision on how to shape the future of Okhaldhunga must come from the people themselves," Thapa said.

For this purpose, she has arranged to collect suggestions through online forms and QR codes. Thapa believes that the suggestions received will help in raising the voice of Okhaldhunga in parliament more effectively.

Thapa also expressed her commitment to move forward with the development of Okhaldhunga by collaborating with the people.
