Students who watched 'Roll No. 1' say: All students like us should watch this movie

Kathmandu. Students have liked the movie 'Roll No. 1'. The movie 'Roll No. 1', made targetting school-going students, has been liked by the students.

"Students are liking our movie 'Roll No. 1'. The purpose with which we made this movie has been fulfilled," says producer Binod Paudel, "Students watching the cinema are saying they liked the cinema and that all students should watch it."

Producer Paudel said that since students liked the cinema, it is now the responsibility of parents to take their children to the theater and show them 'Roll No. 1'.

Producer Paudel emphasizes that teachers and parents should show 'Roll No. 1' to their students and children because the cinema raises the issue of how to understand the psychology of students and what to teach them.

"This is a cinema that students and teachers, as well as parents and children, should watch together. If the students hadn't liked it, we wouldn't have requested them to watch this cinema," he said, "Since the students who watched 'Roll No. 1' are urging everyone to watch it, saying it's a must-watch movie for all students, we also urge everyone to make their children watch the cinema."

Centered on child psychology, this movie raises questions about the pressure given to students by the evaluation method present in the current Nepali educational system. The cinema highlights the mental pressure that children have to face due to misunderstandings and pressure. The audience is liking this very story.

'Roll No. 1' has been screening since Friday. The artists of the cinema are visiting various theaters to meet the audience. Some artists are going to theaters outside the valley and some to theaters within Kathmandu to meet the audience.

Directed by John Yonzon, the movie stars Mukun Bhusal, Sushank Mainali, Renu Nath Yogi, Ewan Raj Upreti, and Srijana Adhikari in lead roles. The child artists of the movie include Nirbhik Regmi, Rinchen Lama, Samyam Katuwal, and Sejal Shrestha.

Binod Paudel and Janvi Paudel are the producers of the movie, while Chhatramaya Giri and Ramesh Chaulagain are the co-producers. 'Roll No. 1' is written by Mahesh Dawadi. The DOP of this cinema is Shivaram Shrestha.
