New Song 'Nau Danda Katera' Released Featuring Ashirwad and Ashwini

Kathmandu - The first song 'Nau Danda Katera' from the musical short film 'Timi-Ek Rahasya' has been released. The song, conceptualized by R.B. Pun, features vocals by the popular singer Pratap Das. The touching lyrics of the song were penned by Pratap Shahi, and the music was composed by Subas Pun Magar. 

The music video portrays a social and family story in a very poignant and artistic manner. It vividly brings to life a love story that begins on social media (Facebook), the differences in family status and class, and the settings of city and village life accompanied by meaningful dialogues.

The video, shot by Uttam Humagain, was directed and edited by Hari Humagain. It features powerful performances by experienced and rising actors such as Ashirwad Chhetri, Ashwini Shahi, Rajaram Poudel, Bishal Pahadi, Sangi Adhikari Pokharel, Srishti Ghimire, and Chetana Kafle.

The song was produced by 'Dhadkan Nepal Group', an organization of Nepali youths residing in Norway. Moving beyond mere entertainment to balance commercial work with social service, the production team carried out an exemplary act prior to the song's release. 

Before making the song public, the production team visited the 'Sahara Care Center' in Bhaktapur and handed over financial assistance to the elderly residents living there. Video director Hari Humagain and actors Ashirwad Chhetri and Chetana Kafle, among others, were present at the support handover program.

The founders of Dhadkan Nepal Group are composer Magar and lyricist Shahi. Composer Magar, who has been active in the Nepali music sector for a long time, is also currently the president of the National Folk and Duet Song Academy Europe branch.

The manager of this project is Dipen Gautam, while the executive producer is Bhagwan Bhujel. Prabin Manandhar handled the color grading. Released through the official YouTube channel of Dhadkan Nepal Group, this video presents a beautiful blend of art and social work.
