Teaser of Arun and Simran's 'Gauthali' Released

Kathmandu. The teaser for the movie 'Gauthali' has been released. The teaser, which captures the story of the main characters, reveals the plot of the cinema.

The teaser shows a mother's efforts to settle her daughter's home and the treatment the daughter has to endure at her in-laws' house.

The teaser covers the agony a wife has to endure at home after being fed up with her husband's different behavior, and a mother's efforts to ensure a prosperous family for her daughter.

It draws the audience's attention to a marriage that took place despite a desire to study, the situation after the husband turned out to be bad when he was thought to be straight and honest, and the hardships faced by a daughter-in-law who left her biological mother and arrived in the lap of her mother-in-law.

The teaser makes the audience emotional by showing how life can be devastated when a decision is made with one expectation but things turn out completely opposite. Showing how warm a mother's lap is for a daughter and how harsh a mother-in-law can be for a daughter-in-law, the teaser conveys a message along with the story about how much suffering a wife has to face when her husband turns out to be the exact opposite of what was expected.

Arun Chhetri plays the role of the husband, while Simran Khadka plays the role of the wife. Arun's unusual behavior and the story of Simran, who married at a tender age, make the audience emotional.

The movie 'Gauthali' will be screening from the 1st of Shrawan. Directed by Dr. Kapil Rijal, the movie 'Gauthali' stars Arun Chhetri and Simran Khadka in the lead roles.

The movie stars Madan Krishna Shrestha, Prakash Ghimire, Luniva Tuladhar, Rabindra Jha, Ishwori Baral, Samyog Rasaili, Sita Devi Timilsina, Laxminath Timilsina, and Rajendra Nepali. Anshu Oli and Prince Nepali have performed as child actors.

The screenplay and dialogue writing of the movie, which is based on a story by Dr. Bhola Rijal, was co-written by director Dr. Kapil along with Nischal Kunwar, Niraj Nepal, and Giriraj Ghimire.

The production team stated that the symbolic meaning of 'Gauthali' in the movie represents home, family, and mutual closeness.

Presented by Bhola Rijal Production and Suman Giri Production, Sarala Rijal is the executive producer of this movie. Suman Giri and Dr. Kapil Rijal are the producers, while Indu Giri, Manish Rijal, Pralay Rijal, and Jeeban Oli are the co-producers.

The movie features music by Shambhujeet Baskota, Thaneshwor Gautam, and Prashant Siwakoti, with background music by Alish Karki.

The movie was shot by Hari Humagain and edited by Milan Shrestha.

With Giriraj Ghimire as the chief assistant director, the movie features Aryan Adhikari and Buddhi Nepali as assistant directors, sound mixing by Mukesh Shah, color grading by Rajendra Moktan, and choreography by Ramji Lamichhane and Mausam Himali.

The movie will be distributed by Rich Entertainment, Apple Entertainment, and F.D. Company. The digital partner is 'OSR Digital'.

Two decades ago, Dr. Bhola Rijal had produced a movie under the name 'Gauthali'. That movie is considered to be Nepal's first 'musical film'. 'Gauthali' had celebrated its 51st day of screening.

Now, Dr. Bhola Rijal's son and director Dr. Kapil Rijal has directed a new movie named 'Gauthali' under the same name.
