Anmol KC, Aanchal Sharma, and Jasita Gurung Starrer ‘Jerry on Top’ Teaser Released

Kathmandu — The much-awaited Nepali film “Jerry on Top”, set to release on Ashoj 31, 2082, has officially unveiled its teaser. The production banner Ananya Films organized a special event in Kathmandu on Monday to launch the first promotional material.

The event featured lead actors Anmol KC, Aanchal Sharma, Jasita Gurung, comedy star Kedar Ghimire “Magne Buda,” veteran actor Bhuwan KC, and Usha Khadgi, who became the center of media attention.

Director Suyog Gurung expressed that the teaser is the outcome of the team’s hard work and asked audiences for their love and support. The 1 minute 52-second-long teaser offers glimpses of the film’s storyline, which revolves around a love story set against the backdrop of climbing the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest.

Presented by Saroj Neupane, the film is co-produced by Robin Sherchan, Ram Krishna Shrestha, and Deepak Bhandari. The story is written by Hemraj BC, with screenplay by Bishwas Timilsina and cinematography by Dulip Regmi. The executive producers are Anuradha Giri and Ishwar Shrestha, while Navin Ghimire, Vivek Thapa, and Bhawishya Khadka are associate producers.

The soundtrack features music by Kali Prasad Baskota, Jayan J Waiba, Johan Chamling Rai, and Brijesh Shrestha. With a high production cost, Jerry on Top is regarded as one of the most anticipated films of the year.

For distribution, LG Associates Hong Kong has acquired the international rights (excluding Australia), while in Nepal, the film will be distributed by Reach Entertainment and FD Company.
