Weather Forecast: Partial Fog in Some Parts of the Country

Kathmandu: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported that western winds are partially affecting the country.

As a result, some areas of the Terai are experiencing fog, while the highland and mountainous regions of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces have partial cloud cover. The rest of the country is mainly experiencing clear weather.

According to the department, during the daytime, some areas of the Terai will have fog/mist. High and mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpashchim Provinces will see partial clouds, while other areas will remain mostly clear.

Similarly, at night, a few parts of the Terai will continue to experience fog, while the hilly and mountainous regions will remain mostly clear.

Due to fog/mist, morning activities, health, tourism, and air and road transportation may be affected. The department has urged the public to take necessary precautions.
