Today's Weather Forecast: Mist and Fog in Terai Regions

Kathmandu: Currently, the influence of western winds is prevailing across the country. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather will remain partly cloudy in the high hills and Himalayan regions, while it will be mainly clear in the rest of the country. Thick mist and fog have been reported in many areas of the Terai plains.

This Afternoon: Mist and fog are expected to persist across most parts of the Terai region. The Division notes that while the high hills and mountain ranges of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces will see partly cloudy skies, the weather in the remaining parts of the country will remain generally clear.

Tonight: Foggy conditions will continue in many areas of the Terai. The Meteorological Forecasting Division predicts that the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces will remain partly cloudy, while the rest of the country will experience clear weather.
