Weather Forecast Update: Western Winds Influence Nepal

Kathmandu. Western winds are influencing the weather across the country. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there will be partial cloud cover in the high hilly and mountainous regions of the country today, while the weather will remain mostly clear in the rest of the regions. Many places in the Terai are experiencing fog.

According to the Division, most parts of the Terai region will have fog or mist this afternoon. The Division also stated that while there will be partial cloud cover in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces, the weather will remain mostly clear in the remaining hilly and mountainous regions.

Similarly, there will be fog in many places of the Terai region tonight. According to the Division, there will be partial cloud cover in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, while the weather will remain mostly clear in the rest of the country.
