Morning Fog in Terai and Chance of Rain in High Altitudes

Kathmandu: Currently, there is a partial influence of western winds in Nepal. At present, there is partial cloud cover in the high hilly and mountainous regions of the country, including Karnali Province, while the weather is mainly clear in the rest of the regions.

This afternoon, there will be fog in some parts of the Terai region during the morning. There will be general cloud cover in the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces, as well as the mountainous regions of the remaining provinces. 

The rest of the hilly areas will experience partial cloud cover. The weather will remain mainly clear in the Terai region. There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall in a few places in the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces, and in one or two places in the hilly and mountainous regions of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim.

Tonight, there will be haze in a few places in the Terai region. There will be partial cloud cover in the mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali Provinces, while the weather will remain mainly clear in the rest of the regions. 

There is a possibility of light rain or snowfall in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi and Gandaki Provinces.
