Tension in Siraha Prison After Arrest of Leader

Siraha. A tense situation has arisen in Siraha Prison following the arrest of a prison leader (Naike). Prisoners engaged in vandalism and arson after a dispute escalated over the leadership issue within the facility.

According to the police, thirteen individuals, including leader Indrajit Yadav, have been taken into custody following chaotic activities inside the prison. In protest of Yadav's arrest, his supporters among the inmates demonstrated their anger by damaging property and setting fires within the prison walls.

Meanwhile, police reported that a bullet and a large amount of cash were also recovered from inside the prison. Following the incident, the presence of security forces has been increased in the prison area, and efforts to bring the situation under control are reportedly ongoing.
