Veteran Actor Sunil Thapa Passes Away at Norvic Hospital

Kathmandu – Actor Sunil Thapa has passed away. He died today at Norvic Hospital in Thapathali due to a heart attack.
Thapa had been actively involved in both the Nepali and Indian film industries for a long time. The news of his demise was confirmed by Mohan Niraula, President of the Artists’ Association.
Residing in an apartment in Shankhamul, Thapa had built a distinct identity through his performances in dozens of Nepali and Indian films.
Artists and film professionals have stated that his death is an irreparable loss to the Nepali film industry.
