Siddhartha Bank Hands Over Maternity Equipment to Hariban City Hospital

Siddhartha Bank Limited has handed over various maternity equipment to Hariban City Hospital located in Hariban Municipality, Sarlahi District of Madhesh Province. Mr. Gyanendra Karki, the Madhesh Province Head of the bank, handed over the equipment to the hospital during a program organized on Poush 17, 2082.

The program was attended by the Minister of Health and Population of Madhesh Province, Mr. Jangilal Raya, the Mayor of Hariban Municipality, Mr. Ramesh Budhathoki, and local residents.

The bank donated one unit each of the following equipment: a hydraulic surgery table, a 4-set LED surgery room dome light, a patient monitor, a fully-featured five-function electric ICU bed, a fiber bedside locker, and an electric double jar high vacuum suction machine.

The bank provided this equipment to help the newly built Hariban Hospital start birth services with surgery. The goal is to improve access to quality maternity services in the community and ensure a safe environment for mothers and newborn babies.

The bank has always prioritized Sustainable Development Goals and participated in various social works to support society. The bank plans to continue such social activities in the future.
