Kumari Bank Puts 258,000 Promoter Shares Up for Sale
Kathmandu — Kumari Bank Limited has put 258,209 promoter shares, owned by various promoter shareholders, up for sale. The bank stated that these promoter shares have been made available for purchase starting today.
According to the bank, only existing promoter shareholders are eligible to apply to buy the shares currently put up for sale. Interested promoter shareholders must submit their applications within 35 days from the date of this publication to the bank’s share registrar, Kumari Capital, or the bank’s central office in Tangal.
The bank informed that the selling price per share will be determined by the respective seller shareholders. If no purchase applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified period, the bank will proceed with the process to sell the shares to outside individuals or institutions in accordance with prevailing legal provisions.
Previously as well, the bank has been issuing notices for the sale of promoter shares held under various promoter shareholders' names. The transfer of promoter share ownership must comply with the prevailing regulations of the bank and regulatory bodies.
