Security Personnel from Nepal and India Conduct Joint Border Patrol in Sarlahi
Sarlahi: Security personnel from Nepal and India have conducted a joint security patrol in the Nepal-India border area located in Sarlahi.
The patrol, which began around 12:00 PM on Saturday, was carried out by a joint team consisting of four personnel led by Senior Sub-Inspector Sushil Rawal from the Sangrampur Area Police Office, seven personnel led by Armed Police Sub-Inspector Pradip Paneru from the Sangrampur BOP, and five personnel led by Inspector Rahul Singh Dhaka from the 51st Battalion of the Indian Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
According to the District Police Office, Sarlahi, the joint team patrolled the area from Pillar No. 317/3 to Pillar No. 318/23 along the Nepal-India border, monitoring border security, the movement of people, and potential illegal activities.
Such joint patrols are conducted regularly with the aim of enhancing peace, security, and mutual coordination in the border region.
