Salt Trading Corporation Announces 10 Percent Dividend
Kathmandu. Salt Trading Corporation has announced a total dividend of 10 percent from the profits of the last fiscal year for its shareholders. A meeting of the company's board of directors held on February 11 decided to distribute a 9.49 percent bonus share of the current paid-up capital and a 0.51 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
With this, the company will provide a total dividend of 10 percent to the shareholders. The company stated that the declared dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after it is passed by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Salt Trading Corporation has been regularly earning profits and providing returns to shareholders. This time, the decision to increase capital through bonus shares while also providing a cash dividend has sent a positive message to investors.
