'Sahara Timi Chhau' Video Released from 'Lalibazar' as a Tribute to Mother and Daughter
The movie 'Lalibazar', which was released on May 8th, is currently doing exciting business at the box office. Having grossed 57.6 million rupees by last Saturday, the production team estimates that the movie will approach the 80 million rupees mark at the Nepali box office this week.
Meanwhile, the production team of the movie has released the video of 'Sahara Timi Chhau' as a tribute to mothers and daughters. Shatkon Arts, the production company, believes that the video of the song, which was well-liked in its lyrical version, will also win the hearts of the audience. The touching song based on the struggle of a mother and daughter features actors Swastima Khadka, Samaira Thapa, and Prasansha Subedi, among others.
This song particularly reflects the synopsis of the movie. Sung by Samikshya Adhikari, the song features lyrics and music by Jayan J Waiba. The song also features the voices of Dilija Ruwali, Alisha Sharma, and Purnima Tamang in child vocals, and Gurans Thakuri and Gayatri Rana Magar in the chorus. It depicts the love between a mother and daughter. It portrays a mother's love for her daughter and the struggle involved in raising her.
Filmed in Rajapur of Bardiya, the movie stars Swastima Khadka, Rabindra Singh Baniya, Samaira Thapa, Mukunda Kumar Shrestha, Abhay Baral, Prem Pandey, Asha Paudel, Govinda Sunar, Abha Aryal, Tara Sharma, Ramesh Wadi, Saraswoti Adhikari, Pradeep Dhakal, Janaki Kathayat, Nischal Panthi, Birbal Chaudhary, Kuntal, and others. Bishal Devkota and Prasansha Subedi made their grand debuts through this movie.
Directed by Yam Thapa, the screenplay and dialogues of 'Lalibazar' were jointly prepared by director Thapa and another director, Pradeep Bhattarai. The executive producer of the movie is Pradeep Bhattarai, and the producers are Max Dipesh Khatri and Rabindra Singh Baniya.
