Lyricist Dr. Ramil Adhikari honored with 7th Sagarmatha Music Award

Lyricist and social worker Dr. Ramil Adhikari has won the Sagarmatha Music Award. Adhikari's song "Baacha Garaun" won the Best Lyricist award at the 7th Sagarmatha Music Awards held at Nachghar on Wednesday. This is the third national-level award for Dr. Adhikari, who previously won the Music Khabar Award and the National Rapti Music Award.

The song "Baacha Garaun" features vocals by Sugam Pokhrel and Anju Panta, with music composed by Gyanendra Giri. Dr. Adhikari's previous releases include songs such as "Bindas Nachne Ho," "Hamro Je Bhane Ni Timi," and "Jiune Chahana." Currently residing in New Zealand, the lyricist's songs have been well-received by the audience.
