Lyrical Rap Version of ‘Rail Ghumyo Ghumtima’ Released

A lyrical rap version of the song ‘Rail Ghumyo Ghumtima’ from the movie ‘Ek Mutthi Badal,’ which is scheduled for nationwide release on May 15, has been released. The previously released teaser, song, and trailer of the movie have been well-received by the audience.

Since the audience liked the folk tune of this song, the production team is confident that they will also enjoy the lyrical rap version. Composed by Sumit Pathak, the song features vocals by Meena Pokharel, Indrakala Rai, and Samy D Real G, with lyrics written by Harka Saud. Sumit is the runner-up of Nepal Idol Season 2. Having established his identity as a singer, Sumit has made his debut in film music with this project.

Written and directed by Sahara Sharma, the movie stars Aanchal Sharma, Nisha Sharma, Usha Rajak, Bhima Mainali, Asmita Gautam, Shekhar Chapagain, Manish Niraula, Sahayog Adhikari, Gaurav Bista, Aviral Pratap Adhikari, among others. The film is produced by Abhimanyu Dixit, with Nikun Shrestha serving as the executive producer. The production team also includes German producer Sara Fazilat, Samipya Raj Timalsena, and Anup Paudel.

The film features cinematography by Linh Dan Nguyen Phan, production design by Yashaswi Sabharwal, editing by Gaurav Mallick, art by Agrani Thakuri Jha, costume design by Janaki Kadayat, and makeup by Kirti Joshi. Marna James served as the chief assistant director, supported by assistants Sharmila Ale and Meera Khadka.

The movie, which features women in leadership roles across almost all departments, is a joint production of Gauthali Entertainment and Maan Production. The film will be distributed in Nepal by RR Films.
