Qatar Chamber Delegation Visits Nepal to Strengthen Economic Ties
Kathmandu: A business delegation from the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry has arrived in Kathmandu with the objective of further strengthening bilateral trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Nepal and Qatar. The delegation is led by board member Mohamed Ahmed M. A. Al-Obaidli.
On Tuesday, the delegation met with the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Bishwanath Paudel, and held detailed discussions on various issues including economic relations between the two countries, cooperation in the banking system, possibilities for investment promotion, and bilateral investment and banking collaboration.
The delegation arrived in Kathmandu at the invitation of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) to further solidify the trade and investment partnership between Nepal and Qatar.
FNCCI President Chandra Dhakal shared information on Facebook, expressing confidence that the discussions will add new opportunities to the economic cooperation between the two nations.
