Acting President of Nepali Congress Wishes a Happy Christmas 2025
Kathmandu: The Acting President of the Nepali Congress, Purna Bahadur Khadka, has extended his best wishes for happiness, peace, and prosperity to all Nepali Christians living in Nepal and abroad on the occasion of Christmas Day 2025.
Describing Christmas, celebrated on December 25, as a significant religious and cultural festival, Khadka noted that Nepal is a country rich in ethnic, linguistic, religious, and cultural diversity.
In his message, he mentioned that festivals and cultural traditions celebrated within this diversity have strengthened the feelings of mutual respect, tolerance, and harmony in Nepali society.
Khadka stated that festivals like Christmas play an important role in strengthening the spirit of togetherness, reconciliation, and social unity. He expressed his belief that such festivals help develop positive thinking and mutual understanding in society.
Acting President Khadka also wished that Christmas Day 2025 brings happiness, peace, and prosperity to every family and inspires everyone to increase social harmony in Nepal.
