Prime Minister Oli: Kirtipur Cricket Stadium Construction in Final Phase, No More Excuses for Delays
Kathmandu — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has announced that the construction of the Kirtipur Cricket Stadium has reached its final phase. Sharing an update through social media, he stated that although the project could not be completed within the scheduled time, the construction company is continuing the work while paying penalties.
According to him, even though work has been ongoing in three shifts, delays may have occurred due to rainfall and other technical reasons. However, he added that the government is no longer in a position to accept any excuses for delays and has introduced a system of both penalties and rewards.
Prime Minister Oli also mentioned that this same policy will be applied to other government construction-related projects.
