PM Oli Extends Best Wishes to Miss Universe Nepal 2025 Contestants: "An Opportunity to Showcase Nepal’s Beauty"

Kathmandu –
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has extended his best wishes to the participants of the ongoing Miss Universe Nepal 2025 beauty competition, highlighting the event as a valuable opportunity to introduce Nepal’s beauty and talent to the world.

Auditions for the competition are currently underway in various parts of eastern Nepal, including Damak and Biratnagar, where over 40 participants have already auditioned. More auditions are set to be held in Chitwan, Pokhara, and Butwal in the coming weeks.

PM Oli recently met with the organizers at Bhadrapur Airport, where he shared words of encouragement. The team included Miss Universe Nepal 2024 winner Sampada Ghimire and Sangeeta Puri, representative of the organizing body Global Glamour Ventures.

Speaking about the event, PM Oli stated,

“I’m happy to learn that auditions for an international-level competition like Miss Universe are being held in Damak. It’s an opportunity to showcase Nepal, our beauty, and our talent. I believe our young women will make the most of this opportunity.”

The Miss Universe Nepal pageant continues to grow in popularity, not just as a beauty competition but as a platform for young Nepali women to represent their country on the global stage.
