Pashupati Sharma and Purnakala BC's New Teej Song 'Mata Khasai Ramri Ta Haina' Released

Kathmandu – Renowned folk singer Pashupati Sharma and popular vocalist Purnakala BC have teamed up for a brand-new Teej song titled ‘Mata Khasai Ramri Ta Haina’. The song, which premiered just 8 hours ago on Shiva Hamal’s official YouTube channel, has already started gaining traction among Nepali music lovers.

Penned and composed by Shiva Hamal, the festive number beautifully blends traditional Teej sentiments with a fresh folk melody. The music arrangement is done by Sunil Pariyar, while mixing and mastering was handled by Kumar Rana. The recording took place at Maruni Studio with support from recordists Suman and Khuman Rana. The audio-video production is managed by Bijay Digital.

The music video, directed by Keshav Katuwal and choreographed by Roshan Poudel, features vibrant performances by Prakriti Regmi, Gaurav Garg, Baishnavi Adhikari, and Roshan Poudel himself. Members of the Mahila Didi Bahini Samuha from UAE have also made appearances, adding cultural depth to the video. The cinematography is done by Ram Gurung, with editing and coloring by Sujan Koirala at Art Cine Studio.
