Partial Impact of Westerly Winds Across Nepal
Kathmandu: Nepal is currently experiencing a partial influence of westerly winds. At present, Gandaki Province is generally cloudy, while the hilly and mountainous regions of the country have partly cloudy conditions. The rest of the country is experiencing mainly clear weather.
According to the Hydrology and Meteorology Forecasting Division, fog and mist are likely to persist until midday in some areas of the Terai region on Monday morning. The hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces will see partly cloudy skies, while the remaining areas of the country will have mostly clear weather.
Tonight, light mist is expected in a few places in the Terai region. The hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces will remain partly cloudy, while the rest of the country will continue to experience mainly clear weather, the Division stated.
