Nepal Airlines Cancels Doha Flights Due to Middle East Airspace Closure
Kathmandu. Two international flights of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) have been canceled due to the closure of airspace caused by the uneasy situation in the Middle East.
Issuing a notice on Thursday, the Corporation informed that the Kathmandu–Doha flight scheduled for March 5, 2026 (Falgun 21, 2082), and the Doha–Kathmandu flight scheduled for March 6, 2026 (Falgun 22, 2082), have been canceled.
The Corporation stated that flights could not be operated as some air routes were closed due to the security situation in the Middle East. The Corporation has also expressed its apologies for the inconvenience caused to passengers.
According to the Corporation, passengers traveling to Middle Eastern destinations such as Dubai, Doha, and Dammam are requested to go to the airport only after obtaining information about upcoming flights through official notices or designated contact numbers.
