Kathmandu: National mourning is being observed today.
National mourning is being observed today (Monday) to honor those who lost their untimely lives in the devastating flood in Rasuwa's Bhote Koshi River.
Today, the national flag will be flown at half-mast across all government offices in Nepal, as well as in Nepali embassies and missions abroad.
A Cabinet meeting held at Singha Durbar on Bhadra 18 decided to observe national mourning today in memory of those who lost their lives in the flood.
