Minister Kulman Ghising Urges Road Safety, Extends Dashain Greetings
Kathmandu – Energy, Physical Infrastructure, and Transport Minister Kulman Ghising has issued a special appeal to all drivers and passengers to stay safe on the roads while extending Dashain greetings. In a message shared on Facebook, Minister Ghising stated, “Your life and your family are invaluable assets of the nation.”
He urged drivers to control their speed, avoid driving under the influence of alcohol, and to rest before embarking on long journeys. Passengers were advised not to overload vehicles, avoid pressuring drivers, and to follow necessary safety precautions during travel.
Minister Ghising emphasized that the goal this Dashain is not just to reach the destination but to do so safely and happily. “Road safety is life safety, life safety is family happiness, and family happiness is the strength of our nation,” he said.
With this message, Minister Ghising extended heartfelt Dashain greetings to all Nepali citizens.
