Manang Ranked Best, Kathmandu Worst in Performance Evaluation

Out of 77 districts, Manang has secured the top position in performance evaluation, while Kathmandu has appeared the weakest. Manang emerged as the best-performing district in the second quarterly performance evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Under Secretary Nabaraj Poudyal serves as the Chief District Officer in Manang. In the second quarterly evaluation covering the months of Kartik, Mansir, and Poush, the district scored 19.5 out of a total of 20.25 points, the highest among all 77 districts. Meanwhile, Kathmandu scored the lowest with only 3 points out of the same total. Joint Secretary Ishwor Raj Poudyal serves as the Chief District Officer of Kathmandu.
