Notice Regarding Vacating Rooms and Houses Rented by Cooperative Institutions

Kathmandu. The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has urged the concerned parties to contact within 7 days to vacate houses and rooms rented by cooperative institutions.

This notice has been published according to the decision made by the Decision Implementation Committee meeting on 2082/10/15 regarding the evacuation of houses and rooms rented by cooperative unions and institutions, among the decisions made by the Judicial Committee under the Law and Human Rights Department of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

According to the notice, the officials (Board of Directors and Account Supervision Committee), employees, and members of the cooperative institutions mentioned in the schedule below must mandatorily contact the Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Law and Human Rights Department, within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.

The Metropolitan City has stated that if the officials, employees, or members of the concerned cooperative institutions do not come into contact within the specified time, the houses and rooms rented by the cooperatives will be vacated according to the decision of the Judicial Committee. 

It is also informed through the notice that while vacating the houses and rooms, the goods in the cooperative office will be handed over to the respective house owners, and no claims or objections regarding the assets or goods of the cooperatives will be accepted later.

Kathmandu Metropolitan City has also requested all concerned parties to contact in time to assist in the implementation of the Judicial Committee's decision.

3. Unified Saving and Credit Cooperative Institution, KMC 17 House Owner: Manju Shrestha
4. Mahabauddha Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd., KMC 22 House Owner: Sagarman Tuladhar
5. Great Gangasagar Saving and Credit Cooperative Limited, KMC 32 House Owner: Narendraman Tuladhar
6. Suntakhal Saving and Credit Cooperative Institution, KMC 6 House Owner: Surendraman Tuladhar
7. Prarambhik Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd., KMC 32 House Owner: Thakur Prasad Dhakal
