Kathmandu Valley Waste Disposal Obstructed Again

The disposal of waste from the Kathmandu Valley has been obstructed once again. Vehicles carrying garbage to Banchare Danda have been stopped on the road. Some vehicles are reportedly returning to Kathmandu.
Local residents have obstructed the waste disposal, stating that the agreement reached with the government has not been implemented/followed.
