Kathmandu Police's Special Request for Caution at Bala Chaturdashi Fair
Kathmandu. The District Police Range, Kathmandu, has specially requested all devotees participating in the Bala Chaturdashi fair held in the Pashupati area to be extra vigilant against criminal incidents such as pickpocketing, theft, and robbery.
In the notice issued by the police, devotees have also been urged to avoid bringing valuable belongings and jewelry to the fair if possible.
If any suspicious activity is observed or assistance is needed during the fair, contact can immediately be made with the Nepal Police at 100, the District Police Range, Kathmandu at 9851283012, the Traffic Police at 103, or the Children Search and Coordination Center at 104.
Furthermore, the police have informed that the Nepal Police mobile app, 'Nepal Police,' is available on Google Play and the App Store for security-related information and assistance.
